Reasonably clean hotel, superfriendly staff in all areas. The immaculate and impressive room with a king bed. Great facilities there.

We took The Metro train to St Louis and back from the game. The train station was a short derive from the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful with directions.

A clean and friendly hotel with excellent breakfast offerings, including scrambled eggs and waffles. The free happy hour was a great perk, with tasty snacks and drinks. The WiFi didn't reach the end of the hall was good.

Loved Collinsville, the hotel was well-maintained by several resturant. The room I had was immaculate with a king bed and the staff was best. The breakfast had plenty of outstanding food and drinks. I was pleased with great service. No complaints, the venue met needs well.

Breakfast was great and now that we know about your evening happy hour, we will make it a point to stop earlier in the evening.

If the happy hour were open later, that would be great.

The Beautiful Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was awesome. It had a microwave, a refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fitness center was well-equipped and the indoor pool was clean and relaxing. Free breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage, while the evening kickback served delicious pasta and salads.

Really appreciated the free drinks and snacks in the evening, and the breakfast was very good as well. We had our two medium-size dogs with us and they were very welcome and comfortable also. We were just passing through, so the location past the city and right off the highway was perfect for us--can't speak to how nice it would be for local sightseeing.

Excellent breakfast. Wish they had bacon to select from. Not everyone can eat sausage . Dud not get there to have night menu or drinks

Great hotel with free wi-fi, excellent breakfast, and a friendly 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay. Always returning for a romantic escape!

Location was excellent for who we were visiting.

Not only do they serve a full complementary breakfast but there is fresh popcorn and evening snack foods. The room was comfortable and there are policies for quiet time after 10 pm. All staff were friendly and set the tone for a positive experience.

The evening social provided delicious options-taco bar and free drinks were a good surprise! The staff was friendly, especially Adelaide. Be sure to take advantage of the awesome breakfast options before heading out!

The bed was great but who wants to lay in bed and watch tv? Room chairs need upgrading. Staff was ex exceptional!
